Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lethal Extraction (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and our mobile game (the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
- Contact data you provide (e.g., email address) if you contact us for support or choose to subscribe to updates.
- Advertising data (served by Unity Ads): our app displays ads provided by Unity Ads. Unity Ads may process certain device and ad-interaction information to deliver ads and to measure ad performance. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, we do not use the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking purposes and ads are served without IDFA-based personalization. You can review Unity’s data practices and privacy options in Unity’s documentation and privacy policy.
- Website cookies: we do not use cookies, analytics, or marketing trackers on our website. (Note: if we embed third-party content such as YouTube, that provider may use its own technologies; where used, we enable privacy-enhanced options and/or require user interaction before loading embeds.)
2. Online Services We Use
- Unity Multiplayer Services (Relay, Lobby, Netcode, Matchmaking) — enable online gameplay and may process IP addresses, session IDs, user IDs, and connection details.
- Unity Ads (Legacy) — displays in-game ads and may collect device identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, and usage data.
- Vivox Voice Chat — provides real-time voice communication. We do not record, store, or process player voice data; Vivox handles voice transmission according to its policies.

3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the game and website (including multiplayer connectivity, ads, diagnostics).
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and prevent fraud/cheating.
- Send essential service messages and (with consent where required) marketing updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
If you are in the EEA/UK, we process personal data under these legal bases: performance of a contract (provide the game/website), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvements), consent (newsletter, certain cookies/ads where required), and legal obligations.
5. Sharing & Transfers
We share or allow access to data only as needed to operate the Services: with Unity Ads for ad delivery/reporting, with Unity Multiplayer Services for online sessions, with Vivox for real-time voice transmission, with analytics/crash providers for diagnostics, and with server hosts to maintain multiplayer sessions. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own; where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies (Website)
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. Where required by law, we will display a consent banner. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may impact functionality.
7. Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Crash/analytics logs are typically retained for a rolling period and then aggregated or deleted. Voice chat is transmitted in real time by Vivox and is not stored by us.
8. Your Rights
- Access, correction, deletion of your personal data.
- Opt-out of marketing via unsubscribe or by contacting us.
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
- Object/restrict certain processing and request data portability (where applicable).
- EEA/UK: you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for players aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age where parental consent is required in their region. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure; please use the Services responsibly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the game or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
